Luca Meola

Luca Meola, 1977. I was born in Milan and after a degree in Sociology I moved to Bolivia where I worked with an human rights organization. Since this experience I started using photography as a means for investigating people and telling their stories. I developed long term projects, both commissioned and personal, focusing on varied topics such as the Senegalese wrestling, the transsexuality, the myotonic dystrophy. Since the end of 2014 I moved to Brasil and I started a project about the megalopolis of San Paulo.
